I just saw a commercial about PS9 can any one explain what it is?

Sony\'s new console. I\'ve already pre-ordered mine.

It\'s just a commercial - they\'re saying that in the future the Playstation 9 will be all that and a bag of chips, and everything starts with the PS2 (which you can buy now). Just silly marketing.

yeah man, I got one the other day, it was in the form of a little gell tab and for some reason people kept calling it acid.  The graphics are amazing, but the distort and change colors, maybe it\'s just a little graphicle flaw that\'ll be overcome like jaggies.
Oh well, back to my aci....I mean ps9, I\'m in the middle of chasing some little pink bunnies.

If your question was serious, PS9 is Sony\'s tongue-in-cheek marketing campaign for the PS2 [and basically for Sony\'s "future gaming lineage"] that is meant to let the consuming gamer know that Sony will be here today, tomorrow, and into infinity.  While the PSX might have set the stage, and the PS2 might have brought all the house lights up, its the future of "playstation" that is nearly unimaginable...  Get it?
