:( i tried posting on your forum to give you a thumbs up and wish you good luck, I even went through the trouble of signing up with that ezboards crap. When I finally posted, it asked me to enter my name and password on the ezboard thingy only to have it not recognize it, see if you can get rid of the ezboard registration, it\'ll be much easier for people to post. Anyways good luck on your site.

Yeah I know ezboards are crap but it was the only thing I could find for free. :)

P.S. I\'ll probably change it back. Its better when people have to register.

I was thinking about what you said, you know, about helping you with your forums.  I decided I\'d be glad to help, I can see great things for your site.  One word of advice, if you are serious about your site, GET IT HOSTED!!!  Your site will die in months otherwise.

EZBoard works just fine once you figure it out.  They have a new thing (well, about six months old) that makes you pull your registration confirmation email from them to click on a link to activate your account.  If you haven\'t done that, it\'s what\'s causing your problem Billy.

Once you activate your account, you will be able to login to your "Control Center" to edit your preferences and enter URLs for your personal picture, icon and signature.  You can log in from any board on the EZBoard servers.

I\'ll go there and answer any more questions you may have.  I\'ve been with EZBoard for over a year now and know the system pretty well.

If you are willing to spend about $200US, you can get some nice hosting deals. I am with Telaweb, I have inf. Bandwidth, and 200MB of space. I have an Ikonboard, which I think is just about equal to to UBB/VB, and you host it yourself, it\'s much easier to use than SleazyBoard, there\'s no ads, you can add hacks to it, and it\'s FREE. You download the forum\'s software and install it to your server space when you get it. You can\'t do it with tripod or those free ones. I really reccomend that, if you can afford it. If you want to see my Ikonboard, go to http://www.tendocity.net . I just formally launched the site yesterday:)
