Well, whether or not you like soccer or American football probably has a lot to do with where you live. I mean, our national sports is football (soccer) and almost everyone loves it. I don\'t watch soccer matches though, only if it\'s important (like World Cup or something). But American football does absolutely nothing for me - I think it\'s dull.

I thought this thread was intended for soccer fans to post info about the team they support. Not for some stupid argument about which sport is better, american football, or regular football.

I believe he broke the MLS record for goals in a season about two seasons ago (Lucas - care to enlighten me?), and then he left for Notthingham Forest in the English First Division - I don\'t think he\'s been doing too well because I haven\'t heard any news about him since his move.

its not as wierd as that damn game crickett

anyways, american football is about as easy as it gets to understand, 2 teams,11 guys on field for each team, goal is to get ball to endzone by passing it to a reciever or using the runningback to run the ball

WOW, a football thread! I must say I´n fan of Real Madrid F.C. (Spain) and I´m a member of it. The best team in the World: 8 Europe cups! The only team that has this amount. I can´t remember all the champions It has won. Soon I will post again and give you the whole information ;)

Dayum man. Calm down. I understand that you don\'t like the wonderful sport that is US Football but don\'t call it crap. I don\'t like Heavy Metal but it is not crap it just isn\'t for me. I for one am not a huge soccer fan but I do recognize it for what it is. For one those guys are incredible athletes. I remember during US football practice when we would see the soccer team running massive laps. We would practice for about 3-4 hours after school and they would run for almost 2 hours and some days they ran the whole time. WTF is up with that!!! They didn\'t win many games but we had mucho respect for them.
