what to get???

Im thinking of getting a new game, but not sure what to get. Either Summoner, Gun griffin blaze or sky oddessy. or are games like onimusha, atv offroad fury, red faction going to be coming out in the uk yet. if you could please me the pros/cons of the games to it would be very appreiciated

Onimusha is coming out in the UK in June i think
Onimusha -
Pros:
quite a good storyline and has that Resident evil genre....so if you like the Resident Evil, you will like this game
Cons:
very short gameplay and you will easily get bored after finishing the game once.

Summoner-
Pros:
a very well designed RPG game and have a good storyline.
Cons:
I don\'t really like playing it coz it quite boring in the battle sequence.....i suggest you wait for dark cloud if you want a good RPG

Red Fraction-
a bit like X Squad but better....much better but not as good as MGS2

games that you must have:
Zone Of The Enders - eventhough this has a very lousy ending, it has a very cool gameplay, soundtrack and graphics + it has the MGS2 demo
Twisted Metal Black - probably the most entertaining game on the PS2....if you like the Twisted Metal 2...you will trully love this one.
MGS2 - you should know that this is the most waited game in the PS2
Silent Hill 2 - a very good sequeal to the SIlent Hill 1 with better graphics, more horror and more horror
Devil May Cry - nice gameplay nice graphics and great storyline....must buy
FF XI - too bad this is gonna be out in 2003 in the UK....this is must be the best game thats gonna be out on the PS2

PLAYSTATION 3 - out in 2004/2005

summoner sux!!! the pros for this game is just the storyline, the cons was basically everything else in the game.

What are you talking about?  Its a PC RPG in a console shell.  If you dont like these types of RPG\'s lay off.  Its a great game especially since it came out so early.

The summoner was cool.

The Battle system was one of its best point. Controlling 4 characters  and a 5th Summons while battling 1-10 bad guys

Excellent spell effects and the chain attack system was borrowed from vagrant Story and is  a great battle system for an action oriented RPG. The story was pretty phat as well

The Summoner\'s cons are Slowdown when things get real busy, and draw in / camera angle while in the city of Lanelle.


I can\'t say much about Gun Griffon or Sky Odysee cause I didn\'t play either

There completely user controlled everywhere else

these are all good but id like to hearmore before buying a game, and i cant rent one out as they are all miles away from me

Summoner is the game to buy if you like RPG .... seeing that alot ppl here supports it. Summoner has a long gameplay so you won\'t get bored of it fast.

Red Fraction is the game to buy if you like MGS genres .... this game is the best to buy if you can\'t wait for MGS2.

Sky Oddesey is a no no .... must be the most unrecommended game to buy coz theres no action, no shooting, no nothing

Gun Griffon ...... haven\'t played this game .....

but if you can wait till June....i suggest that you buy Onimusha.....eventhough it has a short gameplay....the action in it is quite amusing + graphics is PS2 quality + its a Resident Evil genre

i really want onimusha, but i have the bad luck to live in the uk, so its not even out yet

ahem.....i already said it to you that Onimusha is coming out to UK in June ..... the US is already out ages ago .... so if you want it just wait till then .... if you can\'t wait.... SUmmoner is the game to buy....
