Sony of Japan has released the first image of the actual Linux setup operating on a OS.

Looking good.
It\'s got kinda a NeXT Step feeling to it.
I need another HD so I can put Linux up again on my box!!!

heh, linux on a ps2...that just sounds insane, but i can\'t wait. I\'m really looking forward to this as i\'m really into linux on my pc...err b@x lol

How come the bash console isn`t in Japanese, and why the hell would they run the english version of GIMP. Looks very suspicious to me.

If it wasn\'t for the Gimp I\'d think this was NeXT Step.Just made to look a bit more modern.

It\'s probly a Linux theme (god knows there are alot of them out there),since NeXT has been dead for years.

Well Linux is programed to show 1024x768. (if you use the cable)

Personally I think they should have put BeIA on it instead of Linux.It\'s more userfriendly,designed for the internet and it would be a nice boost for Be inc.
