The longest I have played a game was Final Fantasy 7 for like 15 hours when I built all my chars up to LV.99 and Lvled the materia while beating emerald and ruby weapons. and even then it was when I had absolutely nothing else to do.

The only time I can play for a long period is saturday night, but I have never gone to those lengths to play a game.

I applaud Broskowski on his sheer determination, I am going to have to attempt this kind of greatness.  Usually someone makes me do something when I am in the middle of a game.

  Time to break out the mountain dew and 3 kinds of doritos!!

Poor fellow - if I would be him, I\'d cut out the snacks and would start to MOVE a little. Playing games 24 hours isn\'t very healthy, like we can see.

24 hours? That\'s nothing, even I\'ve done better. After getting FFVII and playing it a bit on the first day I was absolutely hooked. Next morning at 6 I resumed playing, and I quit at 7am on the next morning (25 hours). Well... I did go get some food a couple of times, but anyhow. I enjoyed myself and felt great (though a bit tired) afterwards. That blob of a guy is just in a crappy physical condition.

What\'s really amazing is that even though the story is a complete fake, they actually sound like they\'ve at least looked into some of the details of the PS2(unlike some  more reputable news sources...)

btw - the story may be fake but I know there are people out there that have done some pretty long stretches of gaming(heck, I\'ve done 7-8 hours straight myself before...:D)
