While the fact that the game has been in development has been known for quite some time, Surreal Software\'s Drakan 2 has finally been officially announced for release in North America. Sony Computer Entertainment America will release the PlayStation 2 sequel to Drakan late this year.
A couple of different levels in the game are currently playable at the Expo, so we should have some detailed hands-on impressions in the coming days. Until then, you can check out this new batch of high-resolution screenshots of the game.
