Impressive!  The X-Box has still 5 months to go and the Graphics are already so breathtaking...I have to be honest...I have to admit it...

Do you have any info about Project-Ego ?

I\'ve see the screens but who can give us some quotes and some MPEGS that show or talk about gameplay


These screens are sharp, are they gameplay or realtime sequences ??????

The only videos shown are the realtime demos, no in-game videos yet.

The funny thing is, at E3, most of the good looking graphics on the PS2 are FULL MOTION VIDEO.  Square is known for this alone.  The best graphics on the PS2 are not in realtime.

The best game I saw at this E3 for PS2 was Devil May Cry.  

However, one thing that I noticed was that the PS2 is more of a generic PC than ever before.  Even though PS2 was everywhere for every game, most looked like PC games.

I would rather have quality than quantity, and you will have more PS2 games than anything combined, but almost every game will be a piece of crap.  Only a handfull will be any good.

Sorry to drag up this post again (I was checking to see if anyone had posted the new DOA3 shots) and saw the DDaryl\'s question never got answered. DOA3 is a real-time demo (allthough it is using the latest build of their in-game engine so it is not just a tech demo).  Ego is in-game.
