hi guys thought u should like 2 here this - while on the fone ordering new stock for the computer shop i work at i was informed wait for by 4 yes all 4 companies said that metal gear solid 2 will NOW be released in


                       NOVEMBER !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

In the UK !!!!!!!

2 out of the 4 of the companies said that expect it 2 be the later part of november but not 2 rule out the middle of november.

They also said that there will more than likley be "new footage" on a undisclosed psx 2 mag of metal gear solid 2 but note this will not be playable !!!

Good news for Europe but there was no news on usa or japan release dates !

I carnt wait it is going to be sooooo good,thanks for the great info man,i will mark the day off till november,on my calendar.

One more thing,when the hell does it mean the states will get the game the same time as europe?,or some time around october.

well i checked some sites and they just say november for the usa but i think the japs will get it in october but thats just my opinion because imo the producers will stay loyal 2 japan

but any more querries on games release dates guys just give me a shout and i can easilly find out for u when im at work ( ill just fone the producers!! )

oh yeah i also found out the metal gear solid 2 will have 2.5 - 3 million pounds put aside for promotion purposes !!

we got some sh!t hot mgs2 posters in my work 2day and i sort of "borrowed" 2 of then for my room !!!

i heard its coming to america before japan. so mgs2 will probably come to the U.S. in early october!!! thats cool!!! :D

I can reserve my copy at Software ETC no, but I have to trade in my demo, thats so lame. I guess this can be considered an ethical question. Would you trade in your MGS2 demo for a guarenteed reserve slot when it comes out and promised a copy?

when my shop preordered there initial batch the response by the suppliors was " how many u want ?"

so dont worry ull get one !!!

It\'s definitly coming out in the US before Europe. Konami have confirmed this.
