well i don\'t think that it is too impossible to have characters look that good in tekken because tekkens levels are not exactly huge or anything so most of the polys will go to the characters

Why oh why did they go and put a stache on Law\'s face. What kind of crap is that. And what\'s wrong with Ling Xiaoyu\'s face??? At any rate, the game is looking quite awesome.

cool, thats got2 be kaz in the first one, cool cos he kicked ass, looks cool with all those scars, but how come it took so long for him to get out the volcano??? the 3 was 16 or something after the 2nd

These pictures are very nice indeed.  Perhaps in the next generation of videogame machines we will be playing games with this kind of graphical quality.  The Gamecube and X-Box definitely cannot handle such graphics in real-time, let alone the PS2.  I hope talented developers like Namco and Sqauresoft prove me wrong on this.  However, don\'t even try to say that Square already has proven this, because although those realtime facial renders of Final Fantasy X characters are very impressive, they don\'t hold a candle to these screen shots.

I don\'t want to be mean or anything. But why are you all so excited about character renders?
I am not saying the game graphics won\'t be amazing, as I\'m sure they will live up to Namco standards, but these are just character renders and I truly doubt the actual game looks nothing like this. Like I said, I am not trying to be "the grinch\' or anything. Just confused..

Well, I for one hope Tekken 4 doesn\'t have limited enviorments. TTT had great detail to the enviroments and hopefully so will Tekken 4. Not to mention multi-layered stages, and characters in the background,etc. Once you take all that in, there goes the limited enviroment theory.
