I can get a secong gts card for like 150 bucks... I wonder if I should just SLI that shit.


You think sli with 2 of these cards would be better than just buying a new card?


I gotten conflicting reports on this, and I\'m a little confused.

I\'m not sure if SLI is worth it with AoC. I\'d probably get a better card.

This is just my \'feeling\' though. I haven\'t seen any direct test.

yeah people on the aoc forums with sli are saying that their fps doesn\'t change when they have sli disabled, so that bothers me.

Yeah that\'s similar to my card. If you want to spring for a little more you can either get an overclocked version (or do it yourself but you lose warrenty) or go for a 8800GT.

At least here in Denmark I can almost get a 8800GT for the same price as a 9600GT, but my old card died and I needed a new card fast from a local shop.

Well, I just don\'t see the same thing as you guys in this game. Maybe its because I can\'t run it too well. My fps still suck.


But I went and created a new guy on Joker\'s server to play with him, and I just have no desire to play this game.


Maybe I\'ll try it again in 6 months or so.


Still getting that new card though... Fallout 3 is just around the corner

I am really enjoying the game.  Quite a few bugs, but overall not bad.  I have been leveling different characters up and am in no hurry to rush beyond level 45 or so due to lack of content.

I did upgrade my pc this past weekend to a Q6600 Processor, 4GB DDR2, and Vista 64 and have to say the game runs really smooth.  I do have an 8800 GT from my old PC as well.

I tried logging on to WoW and LOTRO and they can\'t hold my attention for more than 5 minutes...
