Jan-Bart: Yeah, it\'s basically a representation of the look and feel of the game we\'re trying to make.
Have you found PS3 easy to work with?
JB: Yes, we\'re really impressed with it. The Cell is amazingly powerful, and the graphics CPU [the RSX, co-developed with Nvidia] in there... it\'s actually hard to mimic it on our development PCs, we have to see it on the PS3 hardware itself. It\'s really nice to be working with such powerful hardware. ...well, that \'s half a confirmation. At least they\'re aiming for it.
Also, remember : The more and more impressive stuff we see on Xbox 360 like Gears of War, the more KZ becomes credible imho.
* Edit : it has been confirmed that Xbox 360 games were NOT running on final Xbox 360 hardware, but on Apple PowerMacs !
link Neither MS nor Sony have final specs actually running in hardware. It\'s all underpowered dev kits or emulation by Powermac. I think both final consoles will surprise nicely with actual game performance.
