800 pIII
128mb RAM
32mb 3D Accelerator
I bet you can\'t, because games that are coming out now are reqiuring more and more, because systems keep getting better and better, and by the time the XB comes out there will be PIIII\'s that are running at 3.4 gigahertz, and 516 MB RAM with 128 meg video cards, so then what will be better????
umm spec wise pc will be better. Game wise.. Tell me how many games will SUPPORT that. How many games in the next few years will support graphic cards that render 25 million polygons. Xbox will properly be up there with it\'s games. But pc games. Move way too slow too keep up with the highest spec systems. Hell, Just the fact that everyday gamers can\'t keep up with the hardware is holding developers back in making full blown (Graphic) games for the best pc.
Q3 is at 3 million polys a sec. That\'s one of pc\'s most Highest rendering games. Yet. DC and ps2 have maxed this.
Pc games just move too slow for the hardware.
But then i could go on about how the Xbox is a CORE system. Not wasting mem on Apps or Desktop, As pc\'s do. Hense losing more mem.
Pc will always end up with the better hardware. It\'s because people can\'t keep updating there coms everytime a new graphics card comes out, IS why developers games for pc are way behind pc tech. imo.
