jumpman you fool, he never said 100% of the PS2\'s powers, he said he was hoping for around about 75%, which i dont believe he has, but it is still truely a beautiful game.  I believe he may have broken the 50% mark, as it is better looking than MGS2 and FFX, which are around that area.  But its not that much better, so i think 75% is off the mark a little
