Man, I\'m really kicking myself here...

When did it become acceptable to label others as less "Matured" for liking a particular game?  Am I the only one who finds this outright rude?  And we take it for granted lately...

Namco is releasing a Tekken for Gamecube, but there is still no date announced for it yet. I wouldn\'t be surprised if it came out very near launch. Also, Tecmo has said they are making a fighting game for the Gamecube (probably from the DOA series). As well, Capcom has said not to be surprised if Street Fighter finds itself on the GC at some time or another.

I\'ll believe tekken on gamecube when I\'m playing it on my t.v. screen.  At e3 namco said soul cailbur 2 and tekken 4 are ps2 only and no plans to port to xbox or gamecube.  So until namco confirms its, nintendo won\'t be getting no tekken.

Ever think that it doesn\'t have to be Tekken 4? If you can trust IGN Insider (which can be very hard), a version of Tekken Tag Tournament is being released for Gamecube.

At the time would that be worth coming out with an all most 2 year old port?  I mean namco proably being slick again giving ps2 tekken 4 while gamecube gets TTT.  Which one you think people are going to buy?  Common sense would say tekken 4 since its an all new tekken and ttt been out on ps2.   If people wanted TTT that bad they proalby already have a ps2.

Yeah this topic is pretty much dead, but I have to bring it back because I have some starlting news: Eternal Darkness and Pikmin are both being pushed back to a December release.

That\'s actually good news if you ask me.  It gives me more time to play the other games.
It seems as if the people [casual gamers] that we consider to know absolutely nothing are the ones that actually know the most important thing: Name brands don\'t make the console, games do.

If the delays are true, it sucks but it\'s not too bad.  Pikmin was never set for launch anyway, but ED is a shame.  On the bright side, it\'s only a three or four week delay.

I hope it\'s false, though, I\'m looking forward to ED more than any other title so far...

I agree with raslant; a two year old port of TTT wouldn\'t do very hot, especially since most people already have the game. Oh, and I believe Tecmo said they wouldn\'t release any games for the NGC in fiscal 2001. They\'ve got one game coming, but who knows what and when that\'ll be released. Capcom\'s a question mark though.

Not to mention TTT isn\'t a true sequel anyway.  Do you have any idea what the temco game on gamecube is?  Maybe DOA3 hardcore and notice it said sometime in 2002(temco\'s first gamecube game) which may be when the contract with doa3 exciusistly is up for xbox?
