Ignoring the little boy named Jumpman,
That is a pretty impressive list of PS2 games. Now, I agree, not all of them will be great. But even so, I could name at least 15-20 games that I am interested in.

Now, while we don\'t need any more "assurance" that the PS2 will be a great system, its still nice to see a list of all the games that will be on it that we consider great.
Opinions are not important.

Oh, you mean like those people that bashes Nintendo all the time and calls the games kiddy? I guess that\'s ok, because it\'s just their preference and standard? Please.

That\'s totally different, and you know that. So your  saying that those people\'s standards are for a game to not be kiddie? I guess that could be a possibility, but it\'s pretty moronic. I have genre preferences and usually I only buy games that have good multiplayers and great replay value. I research on games too, mainly I take note of reviews. I\'m constantly low on cash so I can\'t afford to buy a game that I\'ll beat within less than a week or two, but hey, that\'s just my preference.

Ugh. If I would of never previously stated my age then none of you would have any good insults on me. Since when was almost 15 considered young?

Jumpman what\'s up with you?  Everytime someone says something negitive towards nintendo you always rush in and defend it.  I understand that you like nintendo but thats why people have opinions not everyone going to like the same games or systems.
Terrorizing Nintendo fanboys and this forum with strange and odd opinions - 24/7!!!!

I really don\'t know what kind of bait you rbelieve you through out, or what sort of hissy fit you we\'re expecting anyone to demonstrate

but your standards are far from high, you simply have a bias for Nintendo, and feel it necessary to defend any game on the Gamecube comparable to similiar PS2 game. In this case  which really shows how lame you can get, you jumped into a pure PS2 thread and tried to change it into a Nintendo vs:  Sony debate by bringing up the what if scenario of Waverace and Splashdown

Which doesn\'t put me in a hissy fit, it just pisses me off in general, cause I know and everyone else knows what you were trying to do.

what\'s even funnier is how you take the time to quote everyone and defend yourself

I don\'t read any of you r rants and I\'m sure most everyone else posting in this thread is bothering to either.

Some of you need to be shot and raped for your total lack of intelligence.

That is disturbing on so many levels.  For the sake of society in general, do us all a favor and keep taking your medication...and stop listening to those voices in your head, no good will ever come of it y\'know...  :{>
For every fanboy there is an equal and opposite fanboy.

To err is human, to belabor the point to no end and deny any semblance of common sense or logic is the demesnes of the fanboy!

Uh, you know your just playing right into my hand you know? That was kind of the point of it so you would have another one of your famous hissy fits. BAH!

Quit denying it, you have major hissy fits over small things and it\'s quite hilarious.

Ouch! Making fun of the fact that I like to quote different part of other people\'s post. I\'m going to the corner now so I can have some emotional drama.

Boring, your just going to have another hissy fit and probably call me Jumplad or any other kind of name poking fun at mine. Too predictable.

 oh Wait wait...

Now your just insulting me straight up. Touche. Didn\'t see that one coming.

Hey man...seriously...you need to chill. Why do you like to argue so much? That doesn\'t make anyone happy.

Jumpman...you don\'t care about freedom, as you can neither eat it nor put it in the bank. It\'s just a word to you. You believe that you are always being misrepresented and/or persecuted. That\'s just wrong. You also believe that you know 100% of everything 100% of the time. Wrong again! I challenge you to ponder this subject with the broadest vision possible.

I came into this thread stating my opinion and gave reasons, and got attacked. My opinion is neither right or wrong. So I\'m sorry if I acted too ****y but I can\'t be wrong when it comes to my opinion theoretically..

But it\'s so tempting...

Hey ddaryl, if you could trade J&D for Zelda, would you?

Jumpman,
I just reread this thread, and you came in here and flamed immediately, so dont try and act like the good guy here.

"Damn the PS2 is being littered with crap."

That, my friend is a flame.

I\'m not trying to act like the good guy, in fact, I\'d rather be known as the bad guy.

Also, THERE IS AROUND 200 TITLES ON THE LIST THAT THE GAME POSTED!!! I don\'t know anyone who would disagree with me when I say the crappy out number the quality games. I don\'t care if your interested in 30 games...it\'s still out numbered by the crappy games. It may be a flame, but at least it\'s a logical one.

Thats the thing though.
I could care LESS if the PS2 got a million crappy titles and 100 good ones.
Cause I keep my self informed and only buy games I know will be good.
So I dont have to worry about that Quality over Quantity stuff, cause I get what I want.

Exactly...and if developers want to make a game that won\'t make any money, that\'s their problem. Like the other day, I went to Hollywood Video to rent the MGS2 Demo, and I saw a game called "Cookie \'N\' Cream" or something gay like that. I looked at the back cover to see how dumb it was, and it looked like a PlayStation game. I don\'t know why companies even bother making games like that. I\'ll never know...
