I still think Perfect Dark looks better than any other shooter of it\'s era. Conker\'s Bad Fur Day, while not y type of game, could\'ve easily passed for a DC launch game if it had a higher rez. The game is beautiful.

They failed to destroy the PSX

They failed even more when the Dreamcast was launched.

and now they have a lot of work to do with the GC to make anything like the golden age, (the last time they did that was with the Super Nintendo !)

Actually, if you consider the fact that the real goals of any system are to just become profitable and to stay that way during the course of its lifespan, then the N64 was a massive success.

On related note; Nintendo has never changed. They have always been the same .. Yes, they made some bad choices system wise (n64) but Nintendo, as a company and their demographic plans have never changed. You changed, you grew up. Nintendo not appealing to you now is no different than how some Disney cartoons no longer appeal to me, now that I\'ve grown up. Apparently some of you can\'t expect it though (Lestat,etc) ..My advice is, if you are so upset about it, call a therapist, take some valium and find some games that do suit you.

Well, if someone else came around and spread as much sh!t as you that is Anti-NIntendo, I would use them as an example, does that make you feel any better? Don\'t feel special.
I done the same with SegaCultX and his anti-Sony crap...same with N-Player durin\' his anti-MS phase.

thats fine,  but its funny how i didnt even start this thread and the only reason i went off on the n64 was because someone posted how great that system was and how many good games it had,  which,  if youre smart,  you\'ll know that system was a piece of sh!t....but im yet to hear you admit it,  and you dont because youre either blind, a fanboy,  or you just like to be my rival...and the same goes for anyone who thinks the n64 was a good console.

theres lots of smart people here that are aware of how crappy that system was and arent afraid to admit it, such as rastalant and datamage and MM,  etc... but when they do,  i take the heat for their honesty....if you all look at me as the leader of the anti-nintendo cult,  fine by me.......
