First...who writes this stuff?!!!  

LOL when I looked through the "Welcome To Liberty City" manual some more while sitting in the *library* at my home...  Near the back of the manual are some advertisements.  Most are funny, but one in particular:

Make That B1tch SHUT UP with tasty bonemeal, chicken carcasses, the scrapings off the abatoir floor and lots of other nutritions goodies.  NO WONDER SHE\'S SO HAPPY!...[brought to you by] B1TCH \'N\' DOG FOOD




Second...why can\'t I swim?!!!

Okay, so maybe bad-a$$ gangsta types never had mommies that taught them how to swim...but geez, seems I ought to be able to thrash around or something.  Its like I\'m made outta lead when I hit water...  Just count me out as soon as the car hits the water...

Well the reason for this is to stop people cheating and swimminf from island to island !

also i find\'s it makes the car cases nexto a river or the sea even more exciting :D

i think you should have a limit to how long you cxan swim like a 5  seconed swim limit, so if you just fall off the docks or your boat catches on fire you can swim back to land
