I find these car vids that you post quite amusing.

You see, any car, whether it be a Porsche, Mitsubshi, Viper, Audi, Subaru, Mazda etc has an equal chance of beating any other car.

For instance, the Neon vs Viper one is kinda funny cause the Viper is probably stock, and the Neon is fully kitted, so, theres no surprises there.

I have seen a Mini Cooper out drag a semi-stock R34 Skylin before and it was hell funny.

whats to find amusing? They are just some kewl vids..and yea..any car has a chance. Ive seen a yugo runs 8\'s int he 1/4...

Also..more backround for ya..the viper is not stock..it has a few mods...the neon as of then wasnt all out drag.. It was a street high 10sec car.

Whole point is..its kewl to see the vids..IMO anyway and Im sure in others eyes. Its just amazing to see.

Yes, I know its amazing to see, specially for a car as crap (IMO) as a Neon...

This is my car.

Mitsubishi VRX 2001 LM

183 KW/246 HP



The only mods I have are dark tint windows and a Unichip Engine Managment System.

I want to mod it (when I have the money to 300+ KW) with a turbochager and cool air induction.

I also want to change the body kit and put an Evo 6 wing on the back.

This is a better pic of the car, but this one is not mine.

Very nice, but if I had that kidna money, I wouldnt have done that sorta mod in a Neon in the first place.

My dram machine is an Evo 6 fully modded (I want a 4WD)

I find it very hard that a 16 year old would have 246hp that sounds kind of phishy to me.........................

Well, I\'m 17...

And I have a 188 HP 96 Lexus ES300. :)

My parents should have waited a year.. So I could have had a 200 HP. :(

I do it b/c its fun embaressing V6\'s and V8\'s... You should see the look on a mustang or camaro owners face when  they lose to a neon :D

Besides no EVO\'s stateside for at least another yr :(..I so love that car too. PLus it can be done pretty cheap. For about 15 grand, including the price of the car..you can have a neon that runs 11\'s street legal. PLus the car is fun on the autox and roadrace course\'s too.

I will have my EVO7 one day tho!!

YOU KIDS ARE THE REASON WHY I AM ALL FOR LAWS THAT PROHIBIT YOU FROM DRIVING UNLESS YOUR 18. At 16 that is too much torque for kids to handle. Just too much power.

for one..im not a young kid..2..age has nothing to do with ability to handle a vehicle.

You are partially correct though..but hell..some adult dont need all of the torque/HP.

For your information, I am 18 (I have no idea what the profile says...) and my parents bought it for me for my 17th birthday.

My dad does special effects in movies so we are rich :D

I kind of figured that you were rich. Any movies that I know that your dad worked for or is it strictly for Australia. And to pick a fight with QuDDus, again, just because a teenager likes fast cars (and I do ;)) doesn\'t mean that teens should only drive at 18. It\'s called growing up. Teens want fast and tricked out cars to show off to their friends. Also, most teenagers nowadays are complete car nuts. They want thier cars fast and hot looking. Me and my friend talk about cars all the time. I tell him about cars that I read about in Car and Driver and he tells me about other cars he read about.
