Yep, it sure is. I was reading in this months \'Mens Health\' magazine an article where it states that if you do the trick to much, it can damage blood flow, to, you know, your... and that you risk becoming impotent!

Go into the bathroom, chub it up, put a washcloth on it.  Eventually with practice you will be able to wet the washcloth (Adding weight)  If this isn\'t enough for you then go for a hand towel.  Dish towels will work as well.  Eventually you will be a man like me and can bench a beach towel.
