"Memory - Since the PS2 only has 32MB of onboard memory, the game code and content must be optimized and/or cut to fit in, or at least split into smaller bits. For example, the levels have been split into three or four parts.
Resolution - The television resolution is a lot smaller than the most standard PC resolutions today. The menus, the crosshair, and the graphic novel pages need to be updated with regards to this.
Controls - Playing Max Payne with a DualShock controller is quite different from playing with keyboard and mouse. A workable control scheme must be created.
Rendering hardware specs - Since certain rendering options that are available for PC are not available for PS2 and vice versa, the rendering pipeline needs to be modified.
