Well, each system that has come out before it has had a spotty launch line up at best.

I think it is natural for developers to need more time than they get before a system is launched.

Tell me which system has had a stellar line up from day one.

Maybe I \'m missing something.

hmmm, its been a collective thorn in the gamer\'s side for years

every console is plagued with poor launch titles

the Dreamcast has more A+ titles than any other console in recent history, me thinks

The DC launch was awesome in my humble opinion. What other console had such great games such as SOnic Adventure, House of the Dead 2 and Soul Calibur at launch? None. Then again, I loved the N64 launch...Mario and PilotWings! What else could a gamer want?

i dont think ps2\'s launch over any other console matter at all. Even if the xbox had a better launch it wouldnt matter because ps2 has already established its good titles which far out-do 2 or three really good xbox games, (its only an opinion!). So you could only consider games at this current point. no buts about it. Capiche?

I just bought my X-Box this week, I rented Halo, and the game is AWESOME!  I\'ve been playing this game NON STOP, and I don\'t really even like FPS, but this game is AWESOME!

Slowdown at the end of Halo

I have finished Halo and I\'ll stay with my opinion that it is the finest FPS ever to grace a console but I do have an issue with the end of the game when there is some SERIOUS slowdown while driving the warthog.  Maybe this is because the game was rushed to get it out perhaps I don\'t know?  The game is tremendous and I had a blast but I hope that Bunjie, in the sequel(and if you see the end its clear there will be one)takes their time and puts out a game visually as impressive as this but with no slowdown.  There is also some SLIGHT slowdown earlier in the game when alot of enemies are on the screen at the same time.  There IS a TON of action in this game though.  They come at you in swarms sometimes and the carnage flying everywhere is something to be seen!
