One thing the xbox OS is the best I\'ve seen yet.   It\'s all green 3D like nightvision.  The fan makes more noise than the PS2 but loading a DVD game make almost no noise.  You also can download any of your favorite music CD on the HD and play it when you want.  Now that was cool!  


Damn the Halo game is one of the best I\'ve ever played. I just got off the spaceship and now got down on the planet. When I came out of my crash ship........I looked around and I said... WTF!! WOW!!! The aliens drop ship looks so cool coming right down where you just crash and jumps out and looking for you. I can\'t belive the textures on the grass, rocks and walls!! ULTRA detailed!! When I look up... I\'ve seen like a shooting star going up or somthing. That alone is real cool lighting. I bought a XBox magazine with the demo inside. I played Odd World and Cell Damage.  Both was amazing!  I\'m picking up Odd World and MaxPane too.  XBOX ROCKS big time!  :D

ddaryl, Halo gameplay is the best of all FPS!  Your men tell you where to go and says all kinds of stuff in a battle shoot out.  It\'s like the movie aliens when your in the spaceship. The Plasma lighting affects is real cool when you hit a wall, it glows on the wall for a bit. You also can use the dead aliens weapons too.    As soon you get to the planet look all around at the sky...........ahhhh.... it\'s like you\'re there.   I just bought Oddworld and can\'t wait to play it.   I just pre-order the basketball game. You guys have to play Halo, it\'s an EXPERIENCE!!    :D

I don\'t know... I didn\'t liked Halo all that much. Then again, I didn\'t liked Half Life either. Never got into it, and never could understand why are people raving about it.

Do you like any FPS games, or do you just not like those ones?  Personally, my favorite PC FPS is Quake II with "The Reconing"(sp?) add on.  Those multiplayer levels are the funnest MP levels I\'ve ever played.  Half Life single player was pretty good, but the multi player (the part of FPSs that are played the most) didn\'t compare to QIIs IMO.

I can resist to play Halo. I have never liked FPS\'s.
But I still want an Xbox

Yeah i got my Xbox last saturday, and i am loving it very much, i got Halo as well, it is the best FPS i have played, the textures are very very good.
And i also got Project Gotham this morning, and that very very good too, seems lots of fun from the couple of races i played, also the music you put on your Hard drive you can play in this game, the DJ from the radio ststaion will start talking , then he intorduces the radio station, when you hear you music come in, it is very cool, i can\'t wait to play some more, but i am at work!!
Also on halo i played the odd wrold demo, and i really liked that too, my girlfriend started to play it too, she loves the little guys in that game!
