Madden still rules all, NFL 2k2 blows hard.
It\'s all about play calling though, and knowing how the CPU reacts in certain situations. Few pointers:
1. When rushing (RUNNING THE BALL), never do reverses or tosses, they suck. The CPU always comes from the outside.
2. Therefore, always run up the gut. If you have good eyes and fast reflexes, you\'ll see holes that your linemen create for you, use the juke maneuver to blast through these holes.
3. When passing, choose slant plays. On slants, your fastest reciever will always be open, throw a bullet pass here, no lobs.
4. Only throw lob passes if the pass is intended for greater than 20 yards, if less, throw the bullet, it\'s less likely to be picked off and is really accurate.
5. However, if your running a screen play, don\'t throw a bullet, here you will have to lob the pass or you\'ll hit the RB in the back and if it wasn\'t forward progress it will create a fumble.
Those are just 5 of my hundreds of tips, many may disagree with them, but I whoop the CPU all the way up to All Pro. All Madden is something I\'m still working on.
