You guys are kidding me.
The "speed of gravity" is the same as light. The earth would be flung into the depths of space at the same moment we lose light. The actual position of ejection from our orbit would be tangential to our current position at roughly 67,000 mph and from there the earth would become a VERY VERY large asteroid, unless we\'re lucky enough to be caught into the orbit of something else a few lightyears down the line. We wouldn\'t drift in any circular manner for any amount of time after we lose gravity.
