tuna is great for you, it is possibly the BEST food for anyone who is athletic.  Considering that body builders need about a gram of protein per pound of body weight, tuna is perfect because it has 34 grams of protein per can, with very low fat, around 5 grams.  Tuna also has omega 5 in it, which is an esential faty acid, only found in fish.

Another great thing is chicken breast (skinless), it is very low fat (99% fat free) and has around 30 grams of protein per serving.

Nope, I\'m not overweight.

About loosing weight - my mom recently lost about 20 pounds (not that she was fat before). How she did it? She ate plenty of food - but the right food. Lots of pasta and vegtables and stuff like that. And she quit eating butter and other fat stuff (plus she started exercising a little (nothing extreme)). So in about a month she lost that weight. It really isn\'t that hard if only you remember, that a diet starts from the inside... your mind has to be changed first, then your body. And it\'ll work.
RRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRAPETIME!

human skeletons will not be able to support the mass of our bodies as we "evolve" over centuries.  humans are growing taller and thats not all

3 traits that are growing

1- decaying eyesight

2- left handed

3- height

its almost frightening

Maybe it\'s easier to lose weight if you have more other physical
pleasures than eating  ...........

I lost abut 20 lbs in about 1 month.  I just started working out and eating less.  One thing to always keep in mind is that if you take in more calories than you can burn in a day, it\'s going to be stored on your body... AS FAT.  but you also have to make sure that you eat the right kinds of foods. I also 3 times a week for about 11 minutes (Or 2 miles)
