I mean, the Gamecube is a year and a half newer than the PS2, but it\'s games are hardly better looking. Sure, the textures and output is a lot cleaner, but there are alot of things that the PS2 can still touch the GC in. Maybe GC should have gone the standardized PC way, so that it could compete with XBox, which is far and away more powerful in nearly every aspect?

What makes you thnk the GameCube has a non-PC-type hardware?

XBox\'s PC arch. makes it easier for developers to get what they want out of a game, especially effects not possible on the other two systems, and concentrate on other things, like experience.

How silly, the Xbox does not have a PC architecture. Its got PC parts, but it does not have a PC architecture. LETS MAKE THAT CLEAR RIGHT NOW.

No offence, Avatarr, but you don\'t seem to know much about what makes the Xbox so PC-ish. I suggest you look for some articles on the net... or explain to us, why the Xbox does not have a PC architecture.
