i read somewhere that it is playabale on the regular xbox pad, but who would play it crippled like that?

I don\'t care what those screens look like because look at the size of the actual gameplay area--take away all the mech insides, and you\'re left with a very small screen--the game better look good, the engine only has to render half of the screen.

Plus, the game looks boring.  For $200? I\'ll pass.

Aparently all the buttons are in use during gameplay.  It takes several just to start your mech up.  It\'s a simulator, not an arcade game ala Mechwarrior.

I don\'t know anyone who is into mech simulators.  It\'s going to tank big time, and that\'s if the game is actually good.  If it sucks...Capcom is going to eat a pretty jagged pill.

I like that scale picture with the XBox behind the controller.  Gives a real sense to how mammoth this thing will be.  Fun for a laugh, but it\'s a gimmick, nothing more.

Yeah it`s a gimmick, the dustX controller is still the most useful for Xbox:
