A mini review from the mmorpgs I have played:
Everquest: Ok, heard enough about this game in this topic now hehe

But if you like teamwork, lvling (gaining new skills, spells, equipment etc). Its not much about roleplaying... but none of the mmorpgs I have played shows much roleplaying anyway.
Anarchy Online: Nice graphic, even though the character models look kinda stupid. Music is the best part of the game actually. It isnt as stable as EQ.. lag problems. The game have a nice story... even though none of the players care much about it. A lot of peeps say it sucks... because it did, in the early days,.. had huge problems with server lag. Most of this problems are gone now, but because of this... the community for this game isnt that big compared to other mmorpgs.
Dark Age of Camelot: It has pvp that is better then any of the other mmorpgs. You have to choose between 3 teams. Camelot, Midgard or the elves. You lvl up your character the same way as u do in AO and EQ. At lvl 15 or so , u can explore the unsafe zones.. where pvp is allowed. And wars often happens between the 3 teams . The graphic engine kinda sucks... the sound sucks (so do EQ sound though), the characters move way too slow, the mobs (monsters) look all the same. U fight a bat at lvl 1 and u fight a bat at lvl 25... and the world isnt big. The positive fact is PVP... if u want to fight with your allies... protecting towns and rushing your enemies in a real war etc. But I think Shadowbane will be better in this part when it will be released.
