Go Angels.

See Yuz.
What do Kerry Wood, Mark Prior, Matt Clement, and Carlos Zambrano have in common?

They\'re the pieces to the next great pitching rotation of our time, what else?

GO CUBS!

Good bye cardinals.  Giants are now the NL champions.  A full cali World Series.  Of course I\'ll be cheering for my home team.  :)

Understandble, but most will be rooting for the Angels considering they\'ve sucked for so long.

WOOOOOOO!!!!  All Cali World Series biznatches!

No matter who wins I\'ll be happy, but I\'m pulling for my Giants a bit more than I am for the Angels.

Yeah. Last time the Angels have been in the world series has been...well, never. They came close in 86 (litterally a strike away) before blowing the game, and eventually the pennent. SF Giants, 1989. Bay Bridge series. And Barry Bonds, well, its true he isn\'t the nicest guy in baseball (obviously, quite the opposite). Still, I\'m from the Bay Area, I will be rooting for the Giants.

I wouldn\'t mind if the Angels won though. Both are great teams.

I don\'t get the whole dislike of Barry Bonds thing.  He actually seems like a nice guy.

If you ask me, Barry isn\'t that bad of a guy, he\'s just not a media whore like most athletes.  He likes his privacy, and when it\'s intruded upon, he doesn\'t handel it very well.

Yeah. Maybe he isn\'t a bad guy, just not a media guy. Still, because he isn\'t a media guy, this is probably THE reason why he isn\'t all that well liked. I personally don\'t have a negative opinion of him.

It certainly takes one year for a man to change.

This, the same guy that has to have 3 full sized lockers so he can fit his personal 57 inch TV in there, for his PERSONAL viewing. There\'s maybe one or two exceptions -- his son, his daughter. I don\'t even think his wife gets to.

He can talk all about how "winning" is the only thing that\'s important to him, but to me, that\'s a crock of shit. He seemed pretty damn happy when he hit 70 and 73, and celebrated JUST a bit more.

Oh, and take a look at when Bonds hit 500. Who congratulates him from the dugout?

See Yuz.

Boo hoo, he just likes certain things.  You act like he\'s Randy Moss.

He is Randy Moss, just a Randy Moss who knows how to be an asshole legally, and a Randy Moss actually on a good team.  When the Vikings were winning, no one said a thing about Randy.  This is the same situation.

Once while in Pittsburgh, he refused to sign a ball to be auctioned off for Children\'s Hospital. They had to buy one from QVC and get all the other players to sign it.  There\'s a class act for ya.

With the Angels, everything you read is about the team, and how they pulled together, and how hard they played.  With the Giants, it\'s all about Barry.  I hope they (or should I say he) get swept.

People have always said things about Randy.  He has an attitude to everyone.  And I don\'t believe these stories you speak of because the media hates Bonds so I don\'t really trust any of it.  I watched an interview from HBO with Bonds and thats were I\'ll pass all my judgements from.

And its not all about Barry because Barry wants it that way, you act like he writes the articles.

Has he done anything to take the spotlight off himself and put it on his team?

And yes, that story is true.  Do I need to find proof for you?  It actually happened, and is a perfect example of why Bonds is such an ass.  I\'d take a Randy Moss over a Bond on my team anyday.  At least you can see signs that Randy is trying to mature.  Bonds has gotten worse if anything.
