Here\'s something I found on shortnews. Maybe local mayors elsewhere should take note of this.

Village Birth-rate Doubles due to Sex Theme Park

 Corneliu Olar, Mayor of Horea village, in Romania, built a theme park with the main focus of encouraging visitors to have sex while at the facility. The Valley of Happiness projects main aim was to increase the population of the village.  
 "We put a lot of work into this place and tried to make it an attraction for all those who want to make love in a special environment. We wanted to offer them an adventure they would never forget", Mayor Olar says of the park.  
 The park contains facilities such as cabins, and kitchens for cooking that special someone a romantic dinner. One villager who was conceived on the site has said "I think, this place got a positive energy from all those couples who made love here".

I wonder what the theme song is.... Are there any cute mascots running around?  I could only imagine.  A giant condomn chasing after a halfnaked chick dressed as a french maid skipping and dancing while singing "Its an Orgie after all..."
