Yea 90c is the burn and pop threshold. AMD say it\'s 120c. but i don\'t believe em. The 43c is the cpu temp, It gets to 49 after playing games (that\'s in summer) in winter it tends to stay around 34 and gets up to 40c etc.
My case has 3 fans..
1 at the front (added)
1 at the back (stock)
1 on the case panel. (added)
2 fans on my GF4 (stock)
1 fan on the PSU (stock)
1 on the cpu (Stock)
1 on the northbridge fan on the mb.. (Stock)
but it\'s not loud. I have crappy fans.. They run around 2200rpm, Not high at all. So i can sleep with the comp in my room..
I\'m planning on getting silent coolmod fans. They run around 6000rpm and are very quiet. So i\'ve been told..... i doubt it though
The computer i\'m on now is a intel machine. Has 2 case fans, the cpu fan, PSU fan and Geforce fan.
In all it\'s simple. If your comp doesn\'t freeze, reset or do anything wierd resulted from overheating. It doesn\'t really matter how hot it gets, as long as it doesn\'t fry etc. I don\'t need 3 case fans. 1 would be plenty. Most of the heat comes from my PSU. I\'ve been pushing it for 5 months. The new mb took it over..
