That isn\'t better.  Do you know how many animals are killed, accidentally or not, in the crop growing and harvesting process?  Or the types of effects the chemicals used on crops have on the surrounding environments.  I think eating meat is actually better.  That way you are at least doing something with the animals killed, not leaving them to rot, something that is done to the millions of animals killed yearly in the growing of these "natural" crops.

I would say if they were hunters, it was by choice. Our piss poor canine teeth, and our well developed molars alone prove we aren\'t natural predators. Scavengers perhaps.

And no, I don\'t grow my own food. \'Millions\' of animals aren\'t killed by farming either. I can pull numbers out of my ass too. The number of animals that are killed by accident is much fewer than you murderers kill on purpose. And I would rather try my odds at running away from a large slow machine than be born and die with no chance to survive being force fed drugs.

We were always predators. We don\'t need canines anymore because we aren\'t predators but rather, 100,000 years ago, we used spears and bows to kill our food.. We are still hunters however. Guns and bows are our tools of hunting. People still hunt and kill animals for food and sport. I personally don\'t see a problem with it. We slaughter eachother in wars and we are animals too. Whats a couple less pigeons in the world gonna do? Pigeons are rodents with wings and we can do without a few in this world.

Good point bob. Sorry, forgot to fix that when I redid my post. But our wisdom teeth thousands of years ago had a use. But today we don\'t need them so they are evolving away. Same with our appendix. We used to need that to digest glucose. We don\'t need it anymore so its evolving away.
