I do...

... Fear my gayness:
By: Di Lewis======================================
God really does work in mysterious ways
What feels like years, has only been days
That moment when I first laid my eyes upon you
I had no hint you’d be special, not even a clue
The world stopped spinning, noises grew flat
I asked the person beside me, “Who is that?”
I marveled at your beauty, your elegance and physique
My face burned red when I first heard you speak
But the thing that had primarily amazed me by far
Was how a girl so beautiful, can have such a loving heart
Your generosity and unselfishness left me amazed
I was astonished, and in awe I continued to gaze
Your smile, like pearls gleaming from the ocean floor
Complete with a laugh that not even the angriest person could ignore
However there is one thing that leaves my stomach in ties
It’s those mystifying gems, known as your eyes
They glitter and sparkle even in the dimmest light
And shine like precious diamonds on the darkest of nights
They are endless and have the most unusual power
It seems I can mindlessly stare into them hour upon hour
Time drifted on, like a pacified sea
I still hadn’t realized how special you’d be
Incidents occurred, and there was a change in the tide
My emotions went on a wild rollercoaster ride
As time progressed, my feelings evolved
Petty conflicts that arose, were easily resolved
However the past is done, and no longer relevant
The things you have done were incredibly benevolent
The foundation has been set, and the future is near
The waves have simmered down, and it’s smooth sailing from here
