Ah, the joys of being a mod... I can reply to this post and you can\'t say I suck.

Anyway, I saw the Matrix: Revolutions last night (for free thank God). I don\'t know where to begin... perhaps I can sum it up in one word: Bleh.
I found myself checking my watch every 10 mins, to see if this pile of crap was soon over. The \'mighty\' action scenes were just boring now - I was like "gee, where have I seen this before... that\'s right - FOUR FCKING YEARS AGO!". How many times can you see action taken from the original Matrix movie, only made a bit different, a bit longer, and not think \'yawn\'. Color me unimpressed.
* The Matrix was good. The VFX were impressive.
* Reloaded was disappointing. The VFX were alright (except for the Spiderman-isqe CG Neo which looked like crap).
* Revolutions was like Reloaded, only just not with any freshness that might have been in Reloaded. At least it didn\'t have sex and raves.
Another highpoint of boredom was the attack on Zion. Yay, 30 minutes of machines attacking the same way, all the time. Yay, men controlling large mechas (btw, was I the only one who cringed when they all lifted their \'arm\' and shouted like Rambo? Geez).
They should have made one sequel instead of Reloaded and Revolutions. Cut the pseudo-intellectual crap dialoge and trim the redundant action scenes. Then you could have two hours that might have worked.
But alas they did not. I guess they needed the money.
