is morrowmind good then??? i was thinking about getting it

Morrowind is amazing, imaging being able to pick up any item you see, kill or be friends with anyone you want and countless tombs etc to raid.

You can enchant your own items or create spells, owning a property is also a big thing.

If you look after the game save size to make sure it doesn\'t crash you\'ll have a great gaming experience.

I\'d say more but the fun is in discovering the huge world of Vvardenfell.

Welli know which version gets my vote :D

The PC (having to spend a fortune to up-grade my rig) option ...lookslikt TV dinners for me form now on.

p.s. i\'ll think i\'ll pass on A Half-Life 2 thats just like the PC version but with out all the MODS(Counter strike 2...Team Fortress classic 2...Day of Defeat 2)...most of the effects (you can forget all the nice Direct X 9 effects)....oh and take a hit in both Res and FPS.

PC >>>>>>>>>>>>> Consoles !

Must own a Direct  X 9 Card !.....

It was Quddus, and thank you.  I think the S controller is about the best controller out this gen after using it for a while.  Hell, both the biggen and S are good controllers.

And I don\'t like hearing speak of PC gaming taking away key xbox titles because frankly pc gaming isn\'t practical.  Far too much money is dipped into it.

morrowind is cool, but you have to stick with it as it is 100+hours long.

To add on to what was said, another cool part is joining guilds like the fighters guild or mages guild and working your way up to the top.

You\'re welcome.

The S controller is not near as bad as people like to think. The only design problem that still remains is the black & white buttons are too small and are hard to tell apart. When playing something like \'NFL BLITZ PRO\' those two buttons become a real problem .

The N64 controller was clumbersome and the \'C\' buttons was the worst design idea since Atari thought the Jaguar controller should have 20 + buttons. Yes, those buttons was idea for first party games , but any third party game almost always suffered, mainly fighting games.

when I first got the Box I hated the Black and white buttones, because I was playing NFL2k3 and straight arming was a straight biznatch.  But over time it got much better and now I kinda like that sumbitch.

simple, the xbox doesn\'t have to deal with desktop shit wasting all its power, it doesn\'t worry about wasting memory on anything but the games.. You u play any pc game, most of your 512meg ram (example) is already gone to your OS.   What they NEED to do is make a OS thats designed to run as a desktop system, or boot staight into a gaming system without all the extra crap. Just driver support for your controls, sound and graphics etc.

Frankie: How did you guys get started making these full body suits of armor?

Sid: Nightmare Armor started with [just] myself, and I\'ve been an artist for over 20 years now. Back then I was constantly struggling to find new ways to express my artistic abilities. My passion is character design so I decided to step outside the box and challenge myself to higher limits. When I finished my first full suit (the Deepeyes Armor from Final Fantasy: The Spirits Within) I found a sense of gratification that I had not felt with any of my past art attempts. When this first suit was debuted it attracted a lot of attention. I found myself surrounded by many like-minded individuals who wanted to work with me on future projects. I then weeded through this group of people and hand picked the members that make up the team today. I think this is where this turned from a hobby into a passion. I\'m very grateful to work with such a talented group of guys that all share the same idea: that, first and foremost, what we do is for the sake of art. So you ask me how we got started? By not compromising the quality of creativity.

HALO 2 to have over 20,000 lines of dialouge!

http://www.hollywoodreporter.com/thr/columns/tech_reporter_display.jsp?vnu_content_id=2079130

Quote
"According to Featherstone, "Halo 2" just happens to be one huge game, with 20,000 lines of dialogue in it. "And that\'s just one illustration of its size," she said. "Bungie is a perfectionist and wants it as polished as it can be. If a game is innovative, if it pushes the technical limitations of the platform, then it puts risk into your schedule. But because we know we can ship at any time and will do really well sales-wise, we\'ll take our time and get it to be the game we want it to be. It\'s the most important title on the Xbox platform and it needs to be right."

"\'Halo 2\' impacts the other games in the Xbox portfolio," she explained. "Nobody wants to ship just before it or in its shadow; they want to give each game some breathing room."

Of course, most of them will most likely be the one-liners you hear from Marines and Covenant alike... But still, impressive. And that number will only continue to grow(Marty crammed tons of extra sounds before HALO\'s release).

Not that it is a huge surprise, but Halo II has been officially delayed at least until fall of \'04...

LOS ANGELES (Reuters) - "Halo 2," the sequel to the best-selling Xbox game ever and one of the most-anticipated titles of 2004, will ship this fall, Microsoft Corp. (MSFT.O: Quote, Profile, Research) said on Friday, dashing hopes that the game would be out sooner.

Oh well.

Oops, sorry I just now saw this same "news" in PSTWO\'s weekly Bungie report.
I apologize for the redundancy.
