Dignity is such a strange word for this situation don\'t you think?

I can have respect, self respect, stateliness, and honor while seeing the natural form of a human.

Infact, I believe more dignity comes from showing ourselves naturally, I believe treating Sexual organs as lucifer himself shows less dignity.

American Society = No Nudity but Pour on the Violence

European Society = No violence but pour on the tittays.

I don\'t understand why its ok for kids to see extreme violence but not a bit of nip. Maybe its the puritanical society we are based on? (ie. Anything Sexual = bad and Anything Violent = ok)

It\'s just not something your kid needs to see at such an early age.

Why do you even need to explain being naked on TV?

What do you tell your kid when they see someone naked on tv when they ask why they have no clothes on?

Im just saying if someone says "F*ck" in an action movie, it isn\'t as bad, so you also have to take into account how the material is presented.

Okay yes, perhaps kids watching  south park isnt a good idea. But thats the parents choice.

I just think kids don\'t need to be sheltered as long as they are, and I do not think it is anyone elses responsibility but the parent to make sure the child is raised how the parent decides.

DH, you should move to Japan.  They are very free with there TV shows in the sense of sexuality but crack down hard on violence.

This is where we live and this is how we are.  Accept it.  You do not want your littles ones one day running around doing unacceptable stuff.  It teaches them bad morals from an early age, they are very easily influenced by what they see.
