Nudity is ok on TV, unless it is sexual in nature then I suppose it wouldn’t\' be cool for a 10 year old to watch a guy devour some girl.

As for cursing, and violence, I hate movies that have cut-scenes or the original language changed to “Darn” instead of ****. I think it is retarded at best, Kids know all the “choice words” by the age of 10.
 
We need stronger family values, not censoring nudity / cursing on TV.
We need  parents that are responsible, why do we let the Government raise our kids (virtually  at least since they cut scenes/language out of a movie, so we won’t have to worry where our kids are, and what they are watching.)

I was watching Tom and Jerry the other day with Logan and I turned it off.

It is outrageous!!!

I honestly can\'t believe parents of today are coming down so hard on video games and violence, etc when Tom and Jerry is one of the most violent shows on TV.  

Tom was running around with a bloody axe chasing after Jerry.  Tom got sliced in half and blood was spurting out at one point.  I remember watching this as a kid, but I never remembered it being so violent.

Life is no different today than it was 30-50-100 years ago.

Same here. When I was younger, I watched Ghost Busters (the TV show) a lot. I didn\'t pick up on the violence and sex. I found a Halloween special on tape in my house a couple years ago and I was bored so I put it in. One of the lines in it is "me and liz got a hotel room for the night, you know what that means". I was like god damn. All their episodes were like that I bet. Good show though but just shows that they put this stuff in TV shows and kids don\'t even pick up on it.

Jerry cut tom in half.  You see his spice and everything. He was running around the house with a big ass axe.  Haven\'t watched it since.  That was a couple weeks ago.

Vid definitely is a couple cans short of a six pack. I watched Tom and Jerry and I never saw them cutting eachother in half. I remember them abusing eachother but nothing like that. He\'s definitely thinking of Itchy and Scratchy.

I duno, I have realized how amazing violent tom and jerry is but i have never seen any blood.  It\'s always tom howling and thats it.
