Last nite i didn\'t do much i wasn\'t feeling that great, i was in bed by 8.30 pm Tonight i will bw right back at it. I work out every night but im not afraid to rest a night or two if my body needs it. Whats the link for the wbsite everbody is signing up for.

the website is in limbo.  no one posted anymore so i stopped paying the hosting fees.

the omen is the head health nut here but he rarely posts anymore :(

*edit*...with all the gayness and talk of f**king goats, i forgot what this thread was actually about!...:D....let\'s update...currently i\'m workin\' out with the weightbench and i\'m benching 140 lbs...and i weigh 185 lbs...i try to work out everyday for about a half hour...then i\'ll work on my ab\'s for about another 20 min to a half hour....get in shape ya slobs, summer is right around the corner...:fro:

I think i have a nasty chest cold, im coughing have a sore throat. And expelling all kinds of nasty stuff.Called the dr a little while ago, hopefully he will put me on some antibiotics.

I\'m getting really into weightlifting and get my body ready for summer :D . What I think we should do is make a separate section of this forum for it. I don\'t see why not. We get no new members and I really don\'t consider this a PS2 forum except by name. Its all just dedicated regulars so I say why not. Now its just if mm is feeling lazy or not ;)
