How do you sleep

maybe. I talk in my sleep, sometime walk, and ive rolled off my bed sometimes. it sucks because I wake up while falling through the air so I have no chance of catching myself.

does anyone else ever get the feeling that when ur just falling asleep but still kind of awake and then u kind of have a dream or something and, say, you fall over in your dream and you kind of spasm in ur bed???. lol i know it sounds totally stupid but i get it sometimes

yeah, u twitch right? that happens to me sometimes. Like I might be going to sleep and think about wrestling (have a match in my head, wierd eh?) and if I fall I might twitch and wake up.

I can only sleep on my back, I get terrible neck ache any other way.

Yes, I always lift it into the air with the other arm and let go. It always goes crashing back down to earth with a thud. Very strange sensation and then you get those pins and needles in the fingers when the feeling starts to return.

Back or side.. Never stomach, that would be freaky.

Always go to sleep on my side with one arm under the pillow and wake up on my stomack.

exactly what i mean yeh very weird

uysuallly on my back but I eventually end up on my stomach or on my side.....

I had it for the longest time and thought I was the only one till I looked it up on the net one day.

Controlling your dream is actually quite easy depending how clear it is and how much detail is involved.  If it\'s kind of blury then it\'s really impossible to controll a dream.

I don\'t go through REM half the time I sleep (Yes i had tests done this isn\'t something I just concluded on my own behalf).  So i very rarely dream, and there is even less of a chance that I remember them.

I sleep on my back and sometimes on my right side.

Never on my stomach and never on my left side. Don\'t know why.

I hear that ive been talking more in my sleep recently. Supposedly i have whole conversations sometimes. I dream often and they are never normal. A lot of the times they are extremely odd and i can control them every once in a while.

Never really sleep walked. Not that i can remember anyway
