I happened to be near a KB Toy store today and decided that since I was there I would purchase a PS2.
They don\'t have any and can\'t get any.  They have been trying to get them for the last three months.  They said that no stores can get them. ???????  I don\'t know how true this is since I have not checked any place else yet.
Anyone hear anything about this?

I think that\'s a lie there.  Don\'t know if KB Toy (never heard of this store before) have them in stock, but i am pretty sure other stores have them.  That means big stores like target, wal mart, best buy, sears, circuit city...etc...

Funny...hmph...there\'s an assload of PS2\'s at every store in my town. Crazy...

I stopped buying video game products from KB toys when I realized that they um...what do you call it...SUCK HARDCORE?? Yeah...that\'s it.

plenty down here. My cousin just had to buy a ps2. Someone jaked him for his console so sad.

My cousin works at target and they have been out ps2 for months and haven\'t got any.

If you send me the $299+$40 shipping I will ship one for you

I wonder why this is.
I checked on line at best buy and they said that they had them in stock in the store.  I am looking for the console with the network adapter kit.  It comes with a game that I could care less about.
149.99.  I go to the store and they don\'t have any.  But they do have just the game console for 149.99. The guy says I can buy everything else seperately.  Yeah, I don\'t think so.
So I bought FFVIII for my playstation 1 for 14.99 and Im happy for a little while longer.  Unfortunately this game tanks a little.

Easily the second worst game to carry the Final Fantasy name.  Crystal Chronicles being number one.

Can\'t go wrong with VII or IX:)

Im really trying to get into this game but I don\'t think it\'s going to happen.
I love role playing games but this one does not follow the norm.

Poochie don\'t let Ginko the hater feed your unhappiness with VIII. Keep an open mind about the story and only draw as many spells as you think you\'ll need to use to get through the next few battles. IMO, and a lot of other folks, FFVIII is the best FF to date so don\'t give up until you\'re absolutely sure it\'s not for you.

Uni, I\'ve heard nothing good about single player experience for CC. But then it was really designed for multiplayer and it appears Square jobbed big N in the process of getting access to GBA.

No PS2s in my local Walmart :evil: (I look but don\'t shop there). No xboxs for that matter either.
