as you all know bush stated at the rnc that the war can\'t be won,..now he\'s turned around and stated that it can..

truth is,..is that the war cannot be won..that\'s reality and that\'s what he sholud\'ve stuck with..he only changed it because the dems stated..something to the degree of "see the republicans are are already admitting the war can\'t be won"  :rolleyes: ugh..i swear i need to be the head of the democratic party...that is such a weak argument...i would not have even entertained that notion...

politics at it\'s best...bush says something the first time around being the war on terror can\'t be won (which is true) and the dems know this and yet pursue to make a spectacle of it..i\'m not defending bush either..he should\'ve stood his ground on what he said. it\'s reality you cannot win the war on terror...

He\'s basing his entire campaign on him being this great leader compared to Kerry, and is using the "War on Terror" as his clutch in showing this. Now he says his "War on Terror" can\'t be won? That\'s one HELL of a \'flip flop\' as some would call it.

Most politicians flip-flop, but the republicans have it right when they say that Bush sticks with his core ideas more.

Kerry just doesn\'t make any sense with a lot of the stuff he says. But i still want him to win because Bush is against gay marriages.

Oh please - most of those aren\'t flip flops at all - merely changes in policy which is not uncommon for any administration.  Quite a few of those come years apart.  :rolleyes:  Kerry on the other hand flip flops on issues to either please the far left of the Democratic Party or the moderate to right leaning Democrats.

Also your laughable website proclaims itself to be non partisan yet states in the next paragraph:

• responding effectively and rapidly to conservative proposals and rhetoric with a thoughtful critique and clear alternatives, and
• communicating progressive messages to the American public.

This website can\'t even make up its mind if it wants to be non partisan or liberal - though by looking at its content it is hardly non partisan.
