So I played a little more. No missions yet though, besides the first easy one you have to do in order to get a save point. Just drove around for awhile.
Call me crazy, but I wish there was an 80s music station. I will absolutely not be listening to the country music station. Good stuff though. I don\'t have my 5.1 sound hooked up right now, so I haven\'t checked to see if there\'s a 4.1 surround option like in Vice City. I believe I saw something about dolby pro logic, which is only 2-channel? But I dunno...anyhoo...
AI driving has improved. There are highways with actual interchanges, though it\'s hard to see the signs, you almost have to stop in order to read them. The other vehicles move faster than a snail this time. They don\'t come to a graceful little halt if you block their way.
Working out is awesome. Haven\'t eaten yet. I probably should. I have no idea if I "have" to eat...will have to keep an eye on my health meter I guess. After I worked out the civilians kept telling me I smelled, so there must be a way to take a shower. Maybe a dip in the ocean, maybe change clothes?
Swimming is okay. I\'m one who always hated the water levels in games. Apparently there are 50 oysters to find under water, a la hidden packages. It\'s actually a little corny to have CJ dive for oysters. Notice I didn\'t say clams...ahem..chizzy.
I haven\'t poked around a whole lot, but I saw no reference to hidden packages or rampages.
It\'ll be fun to figure out how to improve bike/motorcycle skill. Don\'t know if there\'s a way to get respect without doing missions.
The environment is huge, as we already know. I\'m going to have to mark on the map insert when I come across things like police bribes.
So I wish I was 16 again so I could ditch school and homework to play this game. Ah crap, then I\'d have no money and would never get laid. And my car insurance would be outrageous. And I\'d have bad taste in cars and clothing. Nevermind, I\'ll be grateful for the 2 hours a day I can play this game.
