In case you guys don\'t remember, I used to write reviews for this site and Moderate these here forums.

If I can help rebuild this site I would.

Like I said the only way the site would exist would be with your guys help, and since the lack of help is appearant, then screw it.

This whole thread in a nutshell.

Unknown wants to do a website on the PS3, but has no clue how to do it.

So he makes others do it and then sponges.

(2) You say yourself you have a lack HTML knowledge, which is basic. How exactly do you plan on doing this site then?  You want to milk someone for their knowledge? Why would anyone do this? And while we are on the subject of the site design, what makes you think a simple HTML page will work now\'a\'days? There are so many other options, such as Flash and Javascript that need to be implemented into the site design, otherwise it will come off stale and boring.

(3) Why would someone go to this site when there are plenty of other sites? What makes this site special? Nothing. Even if you get a nice staff, you come up with the problem that game reviews will rely on the staff actually purchasing the games and then finishing them. There is no way the staff will want to buy the next 3DO game, just so your site can have a review of it.

There are so many problems that come with starting a website up and the problems only compound with a lack of knowledge and the fact you want to base the site off something that is already very well covered on the \'net. If you do decide to go ahead and do this site, then you need to look into some sort of ASP form to update it. I use to help run Segadome.com and believe me, if you get a staff together the only way to actually keep a site in decent shape and updated is with some sort of form that updates the page, otherwise the burden of updating will come all the way back to you, the webmaster.

That was the greatest reply of all time

But these guys are right. I had to build up a website for this company as final project in my html class. Man was it not as easy as I thought. A lot of time and planning goes into designing a web page.
