What\'s the problem?  They were told from the beginning not to count on the HD.  That is, in other words, that their games must be fully functional without the HD.  The only question for developers is whether or not they want to add in extra content (goodies) for those with the HD.

You don\'t have to explain it to me.  J Allard never specified how exactly the Xbox 360 would be backwards compatible.  If anything, he mentioned that the HD would be needed.  The core system does not come with an HD.  Simple.

Started the selling of my soul this weekend. Plunked down 60 bucks toward X360 and Perfect Dark 0. The launch line up is pretty weak. I\'m not looking forward to PD0.

But I have an addiction and I give up my money anyway.
