Sum of story..

Judge decides punishment is pointless, so he gives a rapist 60 days in jail for raping a child for four years straight. Not only did he rape her, but he and a friend gang-raped her. The justice system has went to hell at this point.

It does seem outrageous, but when you read it you can see his thinking. He wanted to rush him through jail and get him into treatment. They wouldn\'t treat him while he was in prison.

I can see his basic idea, but no matter that, all he done is screw the girl over. This is a child, who was raped for four years and now her rapist will be back on the streets within 60 days. That is pathetic. It should also be noted that this judge has had problems before, once he made a rape victim crime and he also had quit doin\' divorce cases due to biased against women or some nonsense.

"Treatment" is largely bullshit.

Half the time (probably a lot more) they end up doing it again.

Where did you see she was gang raped?

Retarded and LIC\'s logic is that he now has a little girl, so he has a point saying four years. That girl is f\'d the rest of her life, however this guy will get out after 60 days and then go on to rape someone else and so on, dude needs to die, period I\'d rather see the death penalty for rape then murder sometimes.
