They showed something about Charles being in another body after the credits...the one that he talked to his class about earlier in the movie where the body and vital functions were in tact but the mind wasn\'t there.

It was amazing that Charles even had the same voice, after his mind was transported over to another body.

Damn it! I didnt stay long enough to see all the ending credits. Do you think Cyclops will return as well somehow? Or even Jean? Didnt she play an important role against Apocalypse in the comic?

You don\'t see him die..  So i\'d say they\'ll just turn around and say she gave him sort term memory loss or some bs like that, so he never returned.

Was there something after the credits? Not sure how people have \'the next one will be about apocolypse\' and \'charles is in another body\' stuff.

Not sure what the reasoning was of leaving right after the movie ended, but i did.

Did Bryan Singer\'s write both xmen movies or did he just direct them? Because the first two xmen movies were nothing like the xmen marvel story. I mean they were a totally different spin. And I am not bothered by it. Because in order for the studio\'s to makes these movies they have to dumb down the stories and make them more appealing to the masses.

That is what I am thinking you never see him die. And I do believe that jean will return again. In the original story the phoenix does die but later it is revealed that the phoenix did not die. So I don\'t think jean is dead.

You can\'t kill the Phoenix Force so Jean never really dies.
Who is this anamoly we call Jumpman? How is he able to do what he does and still survive after years of torment? It seems he feeds on the hate, growing with an intense passion to put unassuming members in their place.

That is exactly what I was trying to say. As I remember you could never kill the phoenix force. In the Xmen comic the phoenix was it\'s own force that took on the form and likeness of jean. In the cartoon Xmen the phoenix and jean were the same person. I enjoyed the cartoon version more than the comic version. Because in the comic it just got really too deep.

after reading all these spoliers from the movie,..i don\'t know what to believe,..i think the movies should stay true to comic,..sheeit how hard is it for the masses to understand that these are humans born with unique powers?..if they can\'t comprehend that simple fact they need to just and watch the typical generic action film and be happy...

as far as the deaths go,...even tho i didn\'t see the movie, but goin by the phoenix\'s powers alone, i feel they can be very flexible with it,..in some of the more recent comics it showed that the phoenix actually has the power over life and death,..as in being able to bring the dead back...even tho i hate when comics tend to take that cheap way out whenever a character dies, i feel that they have room here to pull that off,...that\'s just my theory tho...

i feel they can stay true to the comic with adding just the right amount of originality,.(of course this depends heavily on the director)...,one of the things that i didn\'t like about the movies in general was how they made rogue so young...she\'s supposed to be going on some emotional roller coaster with another mutant that hasn\'t been on the seen yet.....gambit...

I want to kill the director of this movie. I just got back from seeing this. It was entertaining, but the overall movie was a complete mess. It was great to see so many mutants though. I wish they would\'ve shown more of Colossus, as he is one of my favorites.

...and ugly. She\'s supposed to be this gorgeous country girl.

Gambit rocks. I have the comic with the first appearance of Gambit. It\'s pretty cool.

I saw this one dumb ass review of the movie and the reviewer said "Where\'s the science in it?" IT\'S A F^CKING COMIC BOOK! Stupidity runs rampant among people.

The Rogue character could very easily have been Jubilee instead.

Oh, and I\'m pro-Gambit. He has always been my favourite character.

If they bring back Cyclops, it\'s a copout. I already thought it was friggin\' stupid that they brought back Charles, too.

In fact, almost everything storyline related in this movie was dodgy.

When are you guys going to realize that the movies will never be true to the comics??? Have you not learned from the first 2 movies or any of the previous comic book movies??? Just fucking enjoy the movies for what it is and stop your bitching.

I tried to enjoy it for what it was, but they just tried to cram far too much shit into 97 minutes of film.  With 30 more minutes, they could have improved this film tremendously.  The sad part is, if they decide to do a part 4, which many members of the original cast do not wish including Halle Berry, Patrick Stewart, and many other key characters, they\'re going to retcon everything they did in this film.  Cyclops will be back somehow and the door is already open for Charles to come back if you stuck around past the credits.  They already brought back Jean once - and it wasn\'t because of the Phoenix force, it was just her own crazy ass self according to the film - so bringing her back again won\'t be too much trouble.  It was a trainwreck because it was just too much shit in too little time.

However, Magneto wtfpwned everything and everyone.  What a total badass.  Turn down mystique though?  That total hottie normal human or otherwise?  He deserved to get pimp slapped at the end. :P

hmm...what can i say? i finally seen this and even tho key characters were killed, somehow it just seemed right,..i mean the phoenix force in the comics is no -joke,..i mean it really is a force that can change realities,..and showing the professor go up against it in the movie, truly shows what would actually happen, whereas in the comic he\'s one of the main characters, so you know that they are not going to kill him there, but in the movie it felt right and i wasn\'t really mad about it..

when they killed cyclops it kinda caught me off guard, and i wish they would\'ve fleshed out that scene a little better,....but they did a fantastic job of catching the fury of the phoenix,...great special effects in the grand finale there....i just hope they don\'t make another one, because this is the way to end the trilogy....great film, and i gotta give it up to the director for takin a chance at killing two of the main characters, and because it actually made sense in relation to the phoenix and that relationship as a whole between scott, jean and the professor, again, i really wasn\'t upset about it....
