Indeed, I saw yesterday VF5, Tekken5 and Darkness on a 1080p HDTV at my cousin\'s.

I was literally blown away. A huge difference compared to his original TV. Once you experience that it is hard to go back to a SDTV.

And Biz and all others, make sure to get PLANET EARTH on Blu-Ray.. Very nice way to show of your new TV and PS3. :)

Uncharted is Awesome ! :D  I think the best lighting of any console game plus wonderful textures on rocks with wonderful water coming down, wonderful animate living environment with all these "almost real" vegetation flowers leafs that you truly believe to be there !!!!!! And controls, gameplay animations and the sound...all is awesome !
Just 21% for me but I want to taste it...slowly !

And I\'ll get PLANET EARTH on Blu-Ray...and I\'ll let you know fastson! :)

I`m back in Playstation land again, not going to bore you with where I was and what happened to my PS2...got a Samsung 1080p LCD in the Summer and a PS3 last fall.
Uncharted is awesome, this is how it looks on my screen:

I also got COD4, Ratchet, RR7, for PSN titles Super Stardust is great.

That screen changes nothing. It looks like a generic Tomb Raider clone.  I\'ve downloaded the demo and also walked away unimpressed.

No I won\'t.

Uncharted\'s main character may have some of the worst running animation in any game recently. It\'s downright terrible. Then there is the screen tearing, that is distracting.  Is the game pretty? Sure. Is the demo unimpressive? Most certainly.  Does the game have a few problems that turns me off from it? Most certainly also.  The animation for the character, I just can\'t see how that even got by for release date. It\'s downright pathetic.

Rachet and Clank on the other hand, while generic, is a damn blast. Only gripe I have about that game is the stupid half-ass sixasis controls.

WHAT? No no no. He may RUN slow...but from the transition from walking to running is the most realistic ever in action/shooters. You\'re complaining about the animation???? The only thing better is Heavenly Sword. The animation is also top notch.

The only thing missing is gore. Not enough of it. No head or limbs getting ripped off by close range shot gun blasts. I blame the politicians for this. :mad:

play soldier of fortune

i know its a tomb raider copy but its still on the top of my \'ps3 games to play\' list.

Assassin\'s is the only game to impress me with walking/running animations. the jogging in mass effect is pretty damn gay..the running is alright but you rarely do it
