I expect much more than what we have now. Those are the driving force keeping that BS alive IMO.
I could see racism keeping alive even after that generation dies off. i mean..if kids are in a city/neighborhood/whatever where there aren\'t black people, than theyre going to take their racist parents and grandparents point of views because they have nothing to disprove their views with.
not to mention almost all inner city schools are 99% black and hispanic, and broken down piece of crap buildings..we have a decent ways to go with social equaltiy. the problem i see is that we\'ve come at a stand-still. how do you correct all those broken down schools that are only filled with minorities? Just seemed like we were able to progress through the 60\'s and 70\'s by giving more rights to minorities, but now that they have the rights, it gets a lot more difficult to fix those problems
edit: that didn\'t come out the way i was hoping. basically, we saw huge progressions in society in the 60\'s because they didnt have the right to drink from things so basic as drinking the same water fountain as white people..now it\'s a lot more complex
