Mentally challenged man says his vote wasn\'t right

ALBANY, GA (WALB) - There are allegations of voter fraud, as a Dougherty County family claims the vote of a mentally challenged relative was stolen.

They say the adult day rehab program where Jack Justice attends took him to vote, without the family\'s permission. What\'s worse is Justice says the person helping him wouldn\'t cast the ballot for his choice for President.

Jack Justice has been voting since he turned 18. Typically his family takes him to their neighborhood precinct. This time Primus Industries, his adult day rehab program, took him to vote. His family was shocked, but what shocked them more was that Jack claims that his aide commandeered his vote.

"They told me to vote for Obama, I said no I wanted to vote for McCain," said Jack Justice, a voter.

All i\'ve seen at those McCain and Palin rallys are those ignorant folks that i\'ve seen in those videos, and those guys are clearly racist....have you seen black folks with signs outside calling McCain racist? and even if there are some(in which i haven\'t seen any) it\'s only a REACTION from what has been seen at those McCain rallys....


I\'m not sure what to think about that mentally challenged story, if it\'s true,...that\'s f**ked up...as i\'ve stated with the acorn issue, I can understand some folks worrying about what happened back in florida some years ago, but there is still no need to be panicking and doing stuff like this.....i\'m skeptical about both sides tryin\' to up the number of votes for their party by outside groups, hopefully there are enough safeguards in place for whoever it is that tracks these fraudulent practices, to catch these people from either side and prosecute them.

Hmmm...history?....when there have been all white candidates,..i have never recalled seeing any black protesters standing outside of that white candidates rally with signs of racist or implying that they are not voting for the said candidate because he\'s white.

I already answered this in the Howard Stern thread....and everytime i make that comment about those ignorant McCain & Palin supporters...people hit me with this.....Black folks vote democratic anyway, but since it\'s a black candidate now all of a sudden all blacks are votin\' for him cause he\'s black?...nope..look at the history...most blacks have always voted democratic...and of course we don\'t have a problem voting for a white presidential candidate, since we\'ve done it hundreds of times, but here comes Obama(the first black presidential nominee), and suddenly look at the ugly racist demonstrations being orchestrated.

Everything was fine as long as all white candidates was in there right? You never seen any demonstrations or ignorance displayed when there were all white presidential candidates....that\'s why i\'m glad most people, whether they be black/white asian etc...have looked past Obama\'s color and support him strickly for his plans for the country.
